How to Reduce Wrinkles and Make Your Skin Glow!

How to reduce wrinkles and make your skin glow!

wrinklesI’m sure you remember the first time you saw your first wrinkle reflected back from the mirror. You probably thought, where did that come from? It might have happened in your 20s as fine lines below your eyes, where age will show up first. Or maybe your saw wrinkles on your forehead.

It is not fair that wrinkles and gray hair on men make them look distinguished, while women think they are considered undesirable by society, at least by narrow minded and shallow minds. In the working matt_riedyworld of dog eat dog, a woman who is aging might find it harder to compete with younger women, solely based on their looks. It is no wonder women are dismayed by the wrinkles that show up on their faces.

There are things to do to lessen the development of wrinkles. First, is drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated. Also, getting at least 8 hours of sleep is fundamental to keeping your skin supple.

It is important to quit smoking and drinking alcohol. Nothing ages the skin more than smoking and alcohol. A woman with an expressive face who likes to laugh and smile will form wrinkles faster than a woman whose face doesn’t have the same way of expressing feelings.  But I am not suggesting that a women give up laughing. Heck no!

Constant over tanning will cause sun damage but I recommend a home-made sunscreen. Even natural, commercially available sunscreens often have toxic ingredients! Check out your brand here!

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients except zinc oxide in a pint sized or larger glass jar. I have a mason jar that I keep just for making lotions and lotion bars, or you can even reuse a glass jar from pickles, olives, or other foods.
  2. Fill a medium saucepan with a couple inches of water and place over medium heat.
  3. Put a lid on the jar loosely and place in the pan with the water.
  4. As the water heats, the ingredients in the jar will start to melt. Shake or stir occasionally to incorporate. When all ingredients are completely melted, add the zinc oxide, stir in well and pour into whatever jar or tin you will use for storage. Small mason jars (pint size) are great for this. It will not pump well in a lotion pump!
  5. Stir a few times as it cools to make sure zinc oxide is incorporated.
  6. Use as you would regular sunscreen. Best if used within six months.

Using an organic coconut oil as a moisturizer at night is great and good for your skin. Try it for a week and you will be pleased with the results. A great serum to use that has been popular in England and now is available in the USA is Boots No.7 and it is affordable. 300BootsNo7PhotoFixResults

If you have brown spots (age spots) applying fresh lemon juice on them will make them fade over time.

Indian Bridal Glow Mask

Mix into a paste. Apply to the face and body, and let sit for a few minutes. Remove by rubbing the mixture off with your hands. This motion will add to the exfoliation process and also helps with the removal of fine facial hair, better known as pesky peach fuzz. Wash the rest of the mixture off and enjoy fabulous baby soft skin! I personally use this mask once a week.
